Steve Testrake
Senior Vice President & Chief Engineer
Long time passion for all things aviation since CAP Cadet at the age of 12. Started off in maintenance but transitioned to engineering. Experienced in aircraft design, developmental flight test, avionics, instrumentation design, flight training, unmanned aircraft data links and flight training instrumentation for both military and civilian. Private pilot and A&P. Father, husband and grandpa.
Michael Marshall
Chief Operating Officer
Michael a native of Chautauqua County has over 24 years management experience in operations, strategic planning, supplier chain, marketing and sales and overseeing the entire operations of many different types of companies in manufacturing including aerospace. He has owned and operated 5 successful companies. Well educated in manufacturing; with over 20 years of hands-on experience. When he is not working Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Michael has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Penn State University, and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Liberal Arts, Baldwin-Wallace College.
Brandon Wills
Building & Training
Started working at Luscombe in 1997 while going to A&P School and completed my A&P license in 1998. Through time and experience, Brandon completed his IA exam in 2003. Brandon has been an active IA since 2003. Completed building 38 Luscombe’s with a great team and working on the 39th. Several builds are Oshkosh and Sun in Fun winners. Completed building a number of S.T.C’s for the fleet making Luscombe a safer and more reliable for years to come. Brandon joined Luscombe Aircraft Corporation in 2019 to assist in building and training others to build the new LSA model
